This morning I felt young again...I was walking into Safeway in Napa (A normal nice Safeway) and there was a teenager (17-18 yr old cute boy) riding his skateboard and while you rode by me He loudly said, "You're Gorgeous!" I didn't know what to do..I just kept walking. I smiled afterwards! It brightened up my day.....
Don't get me wrong...Eric tells me all the time I am gorgeous/beautiful..I just have never heard it from a stranger. It was flattering!
(And I didn't have makeup on...what would he have said if he saw me with makeup. I am the first to admit that I look better with makeup...I just hate the feeling of it on my face!)
I love this story! What lady wouldn't love to have that happen?! It would surely brighten up anyone's day!
ReplyDeleteAnd to answer your question on my blog...I mostly use an 85mm f/1.8 lens and also use a 50 mm f/1.8 lens quite a bit as well. I love them both! I have a Nikon D50, so I use Nikon lenses, but I know Canon would have the same model of each. They are fun, that's for sure!
