Preschool Graduation!

Preschool Graduation!
Easton graduated from Alphabet Soup Preschool on June 9th. He officially will enter Kindergarten this fall. I can't believe my baby is 5 years old and in regular school. Graduation was fun to watch. Daddy took off a few hours of work to go. Easton was all smiles, funny faces and excitement.
.....
Easton loved preschool. He loved playing with the other boys (not girls) and doing projects. He loved dancing! They would let them "bust their moves" one by one in one big circle. It was fun to see all the boys breaking out their moves. Easton does have a few awesome dance moves. What a handsome boy! Coming down the isle. So proud!

The Kids did a short program of a few songs. "5 little duckies went out to play.." was Easton's favorite.

What's your name? "Easton Rodney Redford

What do you want to be when you grow up? "An Ironman Person!"

Doing his walk!

Afterwards all Easton wanted was to find "His Dad." Forget about me...he just wanted Dad!

Easton's personality!!!!!!!!!!!! It will be cute to compare this picture with High School Graduation someday!

Trying to be silly with Dad!

"Just smile nice with me!" I say! It is hard to get him to smile normal..he prefers crazy faces!
Last day of School..with Miss April.
And Mrs. Connie. They are both fabulous teachers.
I didn't get a picture of Miss LeAnn but she was terrific too!

T-ball BBQ Fun!

T-ball Season ended two weeks ago...but they had their T-ball BBQ and Awards last Thursday Night.
........
We first played kickball with the parents and kids! It was a lot of fun. And I must brag.. I was the only MOM out their playing! All the other mom's just watched. The dad's really got into it too. (Probably too much...they had fun) It was a fun game! My team lost...but that was ok because Eric, Brooklyn and Easton were on the winning team! It was great fun! I love kickball! I always have since Elementary School!
...........
Then we had a yummy Potluck BBQ with hot dogs and all!
..........
Then it was awards time! Instead of the normal cheap trophy...they got these cool plaques. Easton loves it! Easton had a great time playing T-ball. It was a fun season...once it started! (The rain canceled most of the games at the beginning of the season)

Bike Riding!

Eric finally found the time to put his road bike back together. He loves riding it to work. He likes to take me for rides...but a bullet bike just isn't too comfortable for the passenger. So I take rides around the block with him but no long distance rides. The kids love "fast" rides too!

Our friends wanted to go riding last week. So we borrowed their spare bike so I could be more comfortable. We went on a hour drive to a metal tunnel. We all had fun dancing a river dance and yelling to hear our voice echo...it was pretty loud! Then we played some basketball at a closed down mine...We played "PIG"...I was the first one out..surprise, surprise! It was a fun ride!

Another Tooth Fairy Visit!

Brooklyn LOVES it when she has a loose tooth. She discovered this one on Saturday and had Daddy pull it out Sunday! Fast!!!! She couldn't wait to put it under her pillow...and to see how much the tooth fairy left when she woke up. She said she thought the tooth fairy would bring her $12 but I think the tooth fairy had too many stops that night...she got $2 instead!

I love her Happy Smile!

Our little artist!

Easton's version of himself...I think!
I thought it was cute! Not bad for a 5 year old.

Six Flags Fun!

On Tuesday Eric took the day off for his Birthday. And we went to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in the Bay Area. The kids love six flags. They know which rides they like and go! Their favorite is the snake ride roller coaster, Cobra. We spent the day going to shows, getting wet, walking lots and riding some fun rides. The kids loved it and daddy was a great trooper! He isn't a big fan of amusement parks but sacrificed for the kids! Thanks Daddy and Happy Birthday!
Can you find Eric and Easton?

Shouka is always fun and entertaining. Brooklyn and Easton sat in the front row and got all WET! We sat 5 rows up and got a little wet and moved up more.

The kids loved this water area. They played and played.... The Butterfly exhibit was hot and humid but worth it. Look at this beauty!
We had a great day at Six Flags!

Happy Birthday, Eric!

Happy Birthday, Eric! Big 32! We had a fabulous BBQ with some friends on Sunday. We had a great time visiting, eating, playing a few games and eating Eric's favorite-Ice Cream Cake. Eric's big surprise was his biking leather jacket (with protection)...if he rides that crazy bike he better be somewhat safe doing so! He loved it!

Happy Birthday Sweetie!

Hungry Boy!

Easton...Easton...Easton...On Sunday we had a BBQ with Eric's friends for his birthday. Easton made his own masterpiece by himself. He came into the patio with this monster of a Hamburger. Each layer had some little surprise....lots of cheese, pickles, tomatoes, one patty and of course lots of buns. He made us all laugh. He only ate a few bites and then he moved onto playing. Easton always brings laughter to the party! What a boy!!!!

Camping... Finally!

We finally went CAMPING! The last time we went camping (except for Girls Camp) was on our 1st year anniversary....so it was time to take the kids camping for the first time. We went with a family in our ward, The Stevens. It was really fun. They had a camper that the kids loved sleeping in. One big sleepover! We had a great time sitting around the camp fire making "banana boats" and smores. The weather was perfect for camping. No bugs either...loved that.
...........
Eric and I slept in the tent. I am so glad I had an air mattress to sleep on. It wasn't too cold..I stayed nice and warm. We had some noisy partiers next door...but I eventually went to sleep. Saturday was spent relaxing, Eric napping, I read lots and lots and got lots and lots of sun. The kids just played around in the water (which was a little too cold for me), Easton played baseball and catch a lot and he loved cutting the wood with Tom. That was his favorite part.
...........
We ate lots of yummy food and had a great time. A big thanks to the Steven's for inviting us and making us go camping...finally! The kids can't wait to go again!

No Luck! Those fish didn't want to bite.
